are conducted using a state of the art Femto-Tech
48 hour continuous radon monitor. Results are available
at the end of the testing cycle.

Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report

Termites, powder post beetles, carpenter ants, and
carpenter bees are common wood destroying insects
found in this region. Having a WDI inspection performed
prior to buying a house is essential to make certain there
are no current infestations. Unless this inspection
is ordered, a home inspector is not allowed to disclose
wood destroying insect activity in the inspection report.

Water Quality Sampling and Testing

Testing performed by Sherry Laboratories
The water systems council recommends that homes with
private wells have the water checked for impurities such
as bacteria, nitrates, nitrites, and lead during a real estate
transaction. VanOsdol Inspection Services Inc will draw
samples for the tests requested and deliver them to
Sherry Laboratories for testing.
